Intensity Plot

VDV offers Intensity Plot for displaying 3D data on a 2D plot where color is used to display the values of the third dimension. Intensity Plot is a powerful analyzing tool for giving outstanding overview of data trends over extended period of time.  The layout of the Intensity Plot is such that the Y-axis is days, starting with the first day of the time period, the X-axis is the time of the day, the color is the intensity of the sensor readings.  Using Intensity Plot is becomes easy to analyze a full year of data and seeking for trends that are otherwise invisible.

As for color settings, you may change between types of Scales by drop-down menu in the top right-hand corner. Built-in Scales are: Blue, Heat Map, Monochrome and Red.
